Fairfield, New Jersey, September 15, 2004 – Kyocera Mita America today announced that two dealers have achieved certification through the J.D. Power and Associates Certified Dealer Program, the office equipment industry’s premier award for customer service excellence.

The Copy Image, Inc. of Granger, Indiana and R.K. Black Inc. of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma join an elite group of certified dealers who have achieved the highest level of satisfaction in their sales and service organizations.

The certification program recognizes office equipment dealers for outstanding customer satisfaction based on industry-wide standards established by the J.D. Power and Associates 2004 Copier Customer Satisfaction Study. Certification is based on customer satisfaction with an office equipment dealer’s product knowledge, expertise in machine operation, ability to advise customers about their specific needs, and timely delivery of the equipment.
