The NEC IT3640D is the ideal replacement for your current copier/printer. With its super-fast first-copy output of less than 4.8 seconds, its production of 36 ppm and its high-output print productivity, which includes  duplexing. Additionally, a full complement of finishing options offers your organization complete document production solutions.

Fax
Standard high-speed fax capability brings together all your document input and output in one central location and eliminates extra equipment. Faxing features include 540 one-touch auto dials, Super G3 33.6 K bps with JBIG coding, 11”x 17”TX/RX, automated archive forwarding and stored fax RX – just to name a few. NEC also offers a second Super G3 port option to double the unit’s faxing power.

Print
The NEC IT3640D comes standard with networked PCL6 and PostScript-3 emulation for PC and Mac OS. Now your entire office can network and print with duplex output up to 11” X 17”. Extended features include finishing, secure printing, printing amendments and more.

Integrate Communications with Network Applications
NEC’s IT3640D Network Applications integrate document communication with your network.

Scan to E mail
Send your documents to anyone’s e mail. The NEC IT3640D can e mail your paper documents in PDF or TIFF format. The unit also provides quick and easy access to e mail addresses through the NEC IT3640D from your LDAP (Lightweight Directory Access Protocol) mail server.

Transmit over an IP Network
Send your documents over your IP network - with high resolution, high speed and security for your intranet communications.

Program and Manage via your PC
The IT Series Agent network management system lets you program and manage your IT3640D from your desktop.

Forward/Archive
Save your communications TX/RX as files or e mails to individual PCs or to a group of PCs. Automatically archive all communications for security, validation and storage purposes.

Fax over the Internet
Transmit and receive faxes over the internet to eliminate phone line usage costs.

Scan to-File (IP)
Network file scanning offers you another way to convert your documents to file data. Scan your documents to PDF or TIFF files with the touch of a button. With resolution of up to 600x600 dpi and a fast, high-volume feeder, importing scanned files is quick and effective.
