I am a secretary and it is my responsibility to call for
service when office equipment needs attention. We have
been doing business with The Copy Image for several
years. We purchased a printer and also lease a copier
from them (we're on our second copier). The machines
themselves and the service we have received are
outstanding. We have not had any major problems with the
machines. When I have called for service, the people on
the phone have been polite and the response time has
been fast. The technicians are courteous and explain
whatever was causing the problem. The sales
representative we have been doing business with for
years has consistently gone above and beyond in
explaining how the machines work and advising and
demonstrating how to get the most efficient use of them.
On the rare occasions that we have a question, he
responds very promptly. We have no complaints whatsoever
and have had a very! good experience with The Copy
Image.
