KM-Net for Accounting

Device accounting at user's location

With the increased use of networked printers and MFP in the office environment, and the struggle to keep costs down, it is becoming imperative to manage and track the usage of these networked devices. To help address these issues, we are pleased to announce the availability of KM-Net for Accounting. Benefits By installing KM Net for Accounting in coordination with our departmental code features, an administrator will be able to automatically discover only Kyocera manufactured machines on his network and report on the following by device or by user code: • Copy and print total counts • Total Copy • Total Print • Color Print • Color Copies • Mono Copies • Color Prints • Fax Sent • Fax Received • Fax Send Time • Scans This process can then be scheduled to run at an appointed time. Once this data is collected, it can then be exported to a CSV file, which can be imported into many different applications for evaluation.
